All shipments are fully guaranteed except for incorrect/incomplete addresses or if the recipient is away or has moved.

All standard 7-day shipping of products is free. Please note that orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii have an additional shipping charge of $10.00

Street addresses must be complete including zip code - P.O. Boxes are not accepted.

If the shipping address you have provided is incorrect, our carriers will attempt to correct the address for a $10 fee.

You may order and ship fruit throughout the year. We can inform you of the best available varieties should you ask.

If you or the person who receives your gift are not fully satisfied with its quality, we will either send another or provide a full refund.

Non-perishable gift box orders received at or before 12:00 PM are shipped the same business day.  Saturday orders are sent on Monday.

Fresh fruit orders received before 12:00 PM on Monday or Tuesday are shipped the same business day.  We will only ship fresh fruit on Wednesday and Thursday if UPS is scheduled to deliver by the weekend.

We reserve the right to ship our gift boxes with the shipper providing the fastest most reliable service.

Next Day Service is available for an additional shipping charge of approximately $25.00

Any gift pack may be ordered with a request for delivery by or on a specific date.  If the gift pack were to arrive either too early or too late, refunds will only be made for orders received with enough advance notice and sent Next Day Service.
